My office is in Santa Cruz, California at the intersection of Soquel Ave. and Branciforte Ave., above The Buttery bakery and cafe.

My office is on the second floor.  There are stairs in the back and on the side of the building (no elevator).  The stairs are on the outside of the building.  You do not actually have to go into The Buttery!

Come to suite C.  Come in and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room.  You can come five to ten minutes early, if you want time to rest and settle in.  I am almost always on time for appointments.
(Please let me know if you need special accommodations due to the stairs.)

Directions from Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, Watsonville, Monterey, etc.-
Take Highway 1 North towards Santa Cruz.
Take the Morrissey Blvd. exit. (Exit # 440)
Turn left onto Morrissey Blvd / Pacheco Ave.
Follow Morrissey Blvd. to Water St.
Turn right onto Water St.  Get to left lane quickly.
Turn left onto Poplar Ave.
Turn right onto Soquel Ave.
My building is about a half mile down on the left-hand side of Soquel Ave. (Cross Street is Branciforte Ave.)
Turn left at Branciforte Ave. and turn left into the second or third driveway to get into the parking lot.
Park in the parking lot (or street).  Come up the stairs to the second floor.  Suite C.

Directions from Davenport, Half Moon Bay, etc.-
Take Highway 1 South towards Santa Cruz.
Highway 1 becomes Mission St. in Santa Cruz.
Turn right onto Laurel St. (in Santa Cruz).
Laurel St. becomes Broadway.
Turn left onto Ocean St.
Turn right onto Soquel Ave.
My building is about a quarter mile down on the right-hand side of Soquel Ave. (Cross Street is Branciforte Ave.)
Turn right at Branciforte Ave. and turn left into the second or third driveway to get into the parking lot.
Park in the parking lot (or street).  Come up the stairs to the second floor.  Suite C.

Directions from Scotts Valley, Los Gatos, San Jose, San Francisco, etc.-
Take Highway 17 South.
Highway 17 becomes Ocean St. in Santa Cruz.  Don’t take exits for Highway 1.  Stay on Highway 17 until the left lanes become Ocean St.  (Exit # 442)
Continue on Ocean St.
Turn left onto Soquel Ave.
